How do credits work?

Every new install gets 2 free redesigns. A redesign costs 1 credit. Roomly Pro gives you 30 credits a month on the monthly plan, or 240 credits in one go on the yearly plan. Your balance is topped up on each renewal rather than carried over.

A redesign failed — was I charged a credit?

No. If a redesign can't be completed, the credit is refunded automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions, and cancel there anytime.

What makes a good room photo?

A clear, well-lit shot taken straight-on works best. Roomly keeps the room's layout and reworks the furniture, decor and lighting.
