Privacy Policy

• A random device identifier, generated on your phone, so we can track your credit balance. It is not linked to your identity.
• Your remaining redesign credits and whether you have an active subscription.
• The room photos you choose to redesign, for as long as it takes to generate a result.
• If product analytics is on, a recording of what you do in the app — with your photos and anything you type hidden — for 30 days.

When you redesign a room, the photo you pick is sent to our server and then to our image-generation provider (fal.ai) to produce the new design. Photos are used only to generate your result and are not sold, shared for advertising, or used to train models by us.

Roomly is a small app and we cannot watch over anyone's shoulder, so to find where it confuses people or falls short we record how you move through it: which screens you open, where you tap, and how long a redesign takes. Your room photo, the design we produce, and anything you type are covered over in these recordings — what remains is the shape of the screen and where you went.

This is handled by PostHog, our analytics provider, and deleted automatically after 30 days. It is tied only to the random device identifier above — never to your name, email, or Apple Account — and it is never sold or used for advertising.

You can turn it off whenever you like, in the app under Settings → Share product analytics. Turning it off stops the recording straight away.

Purchases are handled by Apple and processed through RevenueCat. Payment details are never seen by Roomly — Apple manages billing and you can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
